About Monique
MTM Insurance Group is owned and operated by Monique Mazejka. Monique has been in the insurance business for over 13 years focusing mainly on health insurance for the under 65 market, small group health insurance for groups of 50 or less employees, and the Medicare market.
Monique has a lot of passion for helping her clients secure the right insurance coverage. She takes a consultative approach to help identify and solve each client’s insurance needs. Monique prides herself on exceptional customer service and has been successful in building long term relationships with her clients. This is evident by the number of referrals Monique receives from current clients.
Monique lives in Salem with her husband and two sons. She enjoys reading, sports, going to the gym, and spending a lot of time outdoors, especially at the beach.
Monique is affiliated with Core Benefits, a large insurance group with brokers located across the country. Being part of a larger insurance firm allows Monique the opportunity to become appointed with many carriers, both regional and national, which in turn helps protect clients with many different product offerings.
